The furniture factory starts a technical development and needs more and more qualified employees for the assembly.At this way the evolution of a new profession starting: the mover. Gabriele Mammarella decide for this reason to buy his first little van and to put himself in this field.He starts to engage and to train some workers about the assembly. This is the first operative team.At the same time there is a fast technical development of this field: the first ladder created exclusively for the moving is used; so the old system to move furnitures"on shoulder" is left.
